Welcome to Social Nexus
Social Nexus platforms exist to support meaningful, real-world groups—such as churches and other faith communities, book clubs, fitness communities, and accountability circles—as members build stronger connections and work toward personal and shared goals. These guidelines help us maintain a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.
These Community Guidelines cover all platforms owned and operated by Social Nexus. By using Social Nexus platforms, you agree to follow these guidelines. They apply to all interactions on the platform, including groups, events, goals, messaging, and any future features.
Our Principles
Be Authentic. Use your real identity. Be honest about who you are and what you're looking for.
Be Respectful. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated, even when you disagree.
Be Supportive. We're here to help each other grow. Lift people up.
Be Safe. Look out for yourself and others. If something feels wrong, say something.
What We Expect
Show up as yourself. Your profile should represent the real you.
Respect group boundaries. Follow the norms set by group hosts. If a group isn't the right fit, find or create one that is.
Honor commitments. If you RSVP to an event, do your best to attend, or change your RSVP beforehand.
Keep personal information private. Don't share other members' contact details, locations, or personal information without their permission.
At in-person events, respect personal space, ask before taking photos of others, and follow any guidelines set by the host.

Self Harm Concerns
While Social Nexus platforms are a place for our users to connect and support each other, it is not a place for the kind of help that trained mental health professionals provide. If you see posts or messages that make you think someone might be in danger or thinking about hurting themselves, please let us know at support@socialnexus.group. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services right away. If you are having thoughts of suicide or self harm, please call 988.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the "Report" feature in the app or by emailing us at support@socialnexus.group.
When you submit a report, please include:
A description of what happened
The username(s) of the person(s) involved
Any relevant screenshots or details
We review all reports and will respond in a timely manner. Your report will be kept confidential to the extent we're able.
Enforcement
We take violations seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the conduct and whether the same user has engaged in similar behavior before, we may take the following actions:
Warning: A notice that the behavior violates our guidelines, with a request to stop.
Temporary Suspension: Your account may be suspended for a period of time.
Permanent Ban: Your account may be permanently removed from any Social Nexus platform.
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts at our discretion to protect the safety and integrity of our community.
A Note on In-Person Events
Social Nexus platforms help you coordinate real-world gatherings. While we can set expectations for online behavior, we can't control what happens offline. Use good judgment, meet in public places when getting to know new people, and trust your instincts. If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.
