Deleting your account in the app
- Open Men's Group or Women's Group.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap the settings icon.
- Under Danger Zone, tap Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted, then tap Continue.
- Type your username to confirm, then tap Yes, delete.
What is permanently deleted
- Your profile and goals
- All host and join requests
- Your login history
- Your chat messages — deleted for everyone, in every conversation
- Every event you organized — deleted, along with everyone's RSVPs to it
This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to get your account back. Everything listed is deleted straight away.
Groups you host
A group you host goes to a co-host, or to another member if there is no co-host. If you are the only member, the group is deleted. Other members' accounts are not affected.
If you cannot access the app
Email us from the address your account is registered under:
Accounts deleted this way are removed within 30 days of the request.
Information we may keep
When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal information, unless we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information in full.
